1. Are there any administration, setup fees or deposits required?
Absolutely none. 2. Do I have to use a special lock? Not at all. You are welcome to bring a lock from home or we have some available for purchase in the Office. 3. When are payments due? Your monthly payment is due on the first of each month. We offer a growing number of online and automatic payment options including Interac eTransfer and several credit cards. |
4. What happens if I move in (or move out) during the month?
You are only charged for the number of days that you are renting the locker, subject to a one-month minimum rental.
5. What about insurance?
It is your sole responsibility to provide insurance for your goods. Like any self-storage facility, we do not in any way insure your belongings. You can contact your insurance professional for information on storage insurance.
6. When can I access my locker?
You can access your locker during our office hours 9 am - 5 pm daily, except on statutory holidays. However, if you'd like access as early as 7 am or as late as 8 pm, there's a no-cost app for that!
